At The GreenKeepers, we have a streamlined process to ensure your landscaping project is handled professionally and meets your expectations.
Here’s how it works:
Initial Inquiry: Call our office to speak with a team member or submit an inquiry form on our website.
Consultation Appointment: A member of our team will contact you to schedule a consultation appointment. One of our landscaping professionals will visit your property, take measurements, and discuss details with you.
Preparation: Have your budget, timeline, project details, and any questions prepared for your consultation appointment with our team.
Estimate: Our team will provide you with an estimate following the consultation appointment.
Review and Due Diligence: Review the estimate and discuss any potential changes with our team. During this time you may have change requests, discuss the use of different materials, adjust services, or require additional information in order to make a decision. Our team will be readily available to answer any questions you may have during this stage.
Invoice and Scope of Work: Once the estimate has been approved, an invoice will be generated reflecting the total project amount, in which the 50% deposit will be accounted for from the project total. An invoice will be sent to your email outlining the agreed-upon scope of work. We encourage you to read through each line item to ensure your understanding of the services that will be provided.
Deposit and Scheduling: A 50% deposit is required upon receipt and acknowledgment of any projects over $1,000 undertaken by The GreenKeepers of Athens LLC. This deposit is essential to secure materials necessary for the project and ensure timely commencement. After the deposit is received, we will schedule your job for a time and date that works for both parties.
Project Execution: Inspections and thorough communication will be handled by our team to ensure the services align with your vision and the outlined scope of work.
Post-Inspection: A certified post-inspection will be performed by the project manager to ensure the end result meets our quality standards. We will provide you with tips for maintaining your landscape after work has been completed.
